ROAD CLOSURE - OIL MILL LANE CLYST ST MARY

TLU are a utility contractor working on behalf of BT Openreach. We have a large scale piece of civil engineering work to carry out at the above location which unfortunately will require  full road closure in order to safely excavate. The purpose of the work is to facilitate cabling for a fibre optic circuit. I am advised by Devon County Council that in order to submit a road closure application we should first consult parties in the public and business domain potentially affected by our closure, including the Parish Council Therefore this notification is to advise you that we intend to submit  road  closure application for the above location for the dates of 06/02/2017 and 03/03/2017 . I attach a map showing our proposed diversionary plans. These are the official diversionary schemes but should give a clear idea of the roads affected.  TLU Contracts Oil Mill Lane, Road Closure.pdf
